Please note: each skirt has a different stripe placement so may vary from image shown. Made using dead stock fabrics from the luxury brand Ms Min. One of the most eco friendly options is to work with recycled, dead stock or upcycled fabrics. This season we have partnered with the one of China’s most unique and beautiful fashion brands Ms Min to use their deadstock fabrics to create a limited edition range for our own Autumn / Winter collection.

Kids

Shopping for children’s clothes online can be difficult, as sizes do tend to vary from brand to brand. So we decided to keep things very simple here at Milk & Biscuits we stock Extra Small, Small, Medium, Large and Extra large.

Year by year and height these mean the following:

We always go for the larger and more roomy cut: as we love to say ‘room to move, and room to grow’. If you have a specific query about any product do email us at customerservice@milkandbiscuits.com and we will be more then happy to measure out the exact sizes of the product, that just means you have to find the tape measure and get your kids to stay still for a few minutes…

Women

We make 4 different sizes for women S / M / L and XL as our cut is slightly oversize silhoutte we include 2 'standard' sizes within each 1 size. For example size S = UK 6-8.

Shipping

We are pleased to ship to the UK and Worldwide and aim to make ordering from us as simple and straight forward as possible.

Once your online transaction has been completed, your order will be confirmed by email within 24 hours. The goods will be shipped within 24 hours, with the exception of orders placed at the weekend which will be shipped the next working day.

The cost of delivery is calculated at the checkout based on the size and weight of the products to be delivered. We use the Royal Mail delivery service and all of our parcels are recorded and require a signature upon receipt.

Please note that import duty and VAT can apply for deliveries outside of the EU. We have no control over these charges and cannot calculate what they might be as customs policies differ widely from country to country.

We aim to provide an efficient and reliable delivery service to customers worldwide. Using Royal Mail and other secure courier services we will ensure your order will be sent to you in the safest and most cost efficient way.

Returns

All items for return must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Returns received outside of the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Milk & Biscuits. Milk & Biscuits will credit back your credit card or credit your bank account, to the value of the cost of your goods purchased. Please note: not including the postage. Please send the goods you wish to return by filling in our returns form that was sent to you with your order. Alternatively, you can find a new one here. Send all items you wish to return to the below address:

Please package up the goods you are returning safely, together with your name, order details and the reason for the return. We advise that you use a tracked or registered mail carrier service for the return, as it is your responsibility to deliver the goods back to Milk & Biscuits.

Please note we can not refund products that have been used, worn, damaged or altered in any way. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items when they do not meet the conditions set out above. If you require a refund, we will credit the purchaser’s card for the sum paid. Refunds will be made within 28 days of the date we receive your returned item(s).

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
